Infinical ("the App") is developed by Espen Iversen. This policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Account Information
If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or a private relay address if you choose to hide your email). This is used solely to identify your account and enable cloud sync. You can use the App without an account — no personal information is collected in that case.
Task Data
Tasks you create, including titles, dates, times, notes, and colors, are stored locally on your device. If you sign in, your tasks are synced to our cloud service (powered by Appwrite) so you can access them across devices and on the web.
Settings
Your preferences (theme, accent color, time format, etc.) are stored locally and, if signed in, synced to the cloud.
Calendar Data
If you grant calendar access, the App reads events from your device calendars to display them alongside your tasks. Calendar data is processed locally and is never uploaded to our servers.
Cloud data is stored on Appwrite servers. All data is scoped to your user account with per-user permissions — no other user can access your data. Communication with the server uses HTTPS encryption.
You can delete your tasks at any time within the App. To delete your account and all associated cloud data, contact us at the email below. Signing out does not delete your cloud data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
